White House in Arabic (WHIA) is an independent online platform that covers news and events directly from Washington D.C. through communication with America’s top officials and decision-makers, with balance and accuracy, in both Arabic and English languages.

WHIA’s main target is to enhance better understanding and dialogue between the United States and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, and countries of interest, by providing the most accurate and balanced coverage from Washington D.C. to more than 447 million Arabic speakers worldwide.

WHIA platform aims at increasing the freedom of expression, the transfer of knowledge, empowering the credible and balanced media, as well as supporting peace and stability, by building bridges through the exchange of information about real events from the ground on one side, and the decision-makers on the other end.

Our Goal

The goal of launching the WHIA media platform which includes investigative journalism and analytical news is to flag the United States’ top and breaking news from its source, and analyze its repercussions on the world, especially in the Middle East. At the same time, our platform will objectively relay the significant Middle Eastern and world events to US decision-makers.

We look forward to building a knowledge bridge, rich with credential information and constructive political analysis, and therefore, contribute with added value to appropriate political decision-making.

Editorial Board

The White House in Arabic’s editorial board is constituted of a distinguished group of journalists, senior researchers, and experts in International Relations and Public Policies, who contribute their thoughts and writing to present valuable information and analysis with the target to establish a deeper understanding and better dialogue between the Eastern and the Western worlds.

The platform’s policy is to freely and professionally present the writer’s political opinion whether on the American Administration or countries in the Middle East.

The Editorial Board encourages focusing on political overview from an investigative journalism perspective, with preciseness, and based upon credible sources.

The Editorial Board will cross-check the incoming news with multiple sources before publishing.

The White House in Arabic (WHIA) is registered in the United States as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and led by a board of editors.

Marah Bukai is a White House Senior Correspondent, and WHIA founder and Editor-in-Chief.
